ABRO RV03R 0,6ml Rear view mirror glue

Description:
heavy duty fast acting anaerobic adhesive.

Scope of application:
used to fix the rear view mirror on the windshield.

Properties:
• used for fixing metal-glass, metal-metal, glass-glass connections;
• the resulting connection is resistant to shock loads and vibrations;
• withstands sudden changes in temperature.

1. Mark the fixation area on the windshield from the outside.
2. Thoroughly clean the surfaces to be glued from dirt, residues of old glue.
3. For best results, lightly roughen the surface of the glass and mirror holder with fine sandpaper. Degrease and clean.
4. Remove the cap from the glass ampoule of the activator (Accelerator) and put it on the other end of the ampoule. Gently crush the ampoule with your hands. Wait for the felt tip to fill with activator.
5. Apply a thin layer of activator to the fixation area on the windshield. Wait 1-2 minutes.
6. Tear off the tip of the Adhesive ampoule and apply, without smearing, one drop onto the mirror holder. Press the holder firmly against the glass and hold it still for 1-2 minutes.
7. You can start installing the mirror after 10 minutes.

It is recommended to apply glue at a temperature inside the cabin not lower than +15˚.
