In the evaporators of automobile air conditioners, pollution and dangerous microorganisms accumulate over time, provoking respiratory diseases in humans.

The SP5152 cleaner will quickly, economically and without disassembly eliminate harmful microorganisms accumulated in the evaporator (bacteria, spores, mold, viruses, fungus, and others).

Disinfection cleaning of evaporators of automobile air conditioners must be carried out at least once a year.

This procedure is usually performed at service stations, but it is also within the power of car owners themselves.

After cleaning the SP5152, a stable protective disinfecting film is formed on the surfaces of the air conditioner evaporator, which will prevent the accumulation and reproduction of microorganisms for a long time. At the same time, the musty smell is also eliminated and the channels are cleaned.

The SP5152 extension tube allows the introduction of an aerosol foam cleaner of the car air conditioner through the drain (drain) hose of the vehicle's air conditioning system.

APPLICATION:

Raise the car on a lift or use a viewing hole.

Locate the drain pipe to drain the condensate from the air conditioner evaporator.

Insert the SP5154K Extension Hose into the drain tube as far as it will go (the extension hose must rest against the evaporator). Shake the bottle of SP5152 cleaner and connect it to the SP5154K extension hose.

While holding the can upright, press the valve and release all the foam from the can.

The foam will envelop the evaporator cells, go through the channels, but will not get into the cabin.

Remove the extension hose from the condensate drain pipe and place a container under it to drain the dirt.

Wait 10-15 minutes. The foam will absorb all impurities, turn into a liquid and flow out of the evaporator.

Start the engine.

When processing, it is imperative to turn on the air conditioning mode, since in many machines the dampers open only when the air conditioner is turned on. Otherwise there will be no recycling.

Turn on the air conditioner, turn the fan mode switch to the “maximum” position, and the air intake control to the “closed system” position.

Let the system work for 10 minutes with the doors and windows of the car closed.

Make sure that there are no people in the cabin.

Ventilate the salon.
