This list will be emailed to you as a high-resolution JPG file for printing. This is only a digital file, and no physical item will be sent or mailed.

1 - the purchase

Add this product to your shopping cart and complete the payment.

2 - Information

Leave me a note to confirm the wording, such as your name and age.

3 - reception

A high-resolution digital JPEG file will be sent to you by email within 24 hours after payment. Let us know of any necessary changes and we will work together until you are satisfied with your order.

4 - print

Print your file in a print shop or at home, and then enjoy!Please note that files can only be downloaded to your computer. The link will not work if you try to open it on your smartphone/tablet.  Depending on your screen's resolution or the printer you use, colors may slightly vary.  

We recommend printing on a glossy card or high-quality photo paper. Printing can be done at home using a color inkjet or laser printer. You can also take files to Kinko's, Staples, Office Max, Officeworks, or copy Fax printers (to name a few)                      

Due to the nature of our products and services, refunds cannot be issued.     

-If your order is urgent you must indicate at the moment of the purchase.

-If you want a photo of the birthday boy or girl, you must send it at the time of purchase. Otherwise it will generate an additional cost, because I have to redo the order.

- If you require a change in the design of the product (Color, figures, wording) you must indicate it at the moment of purchase. Since once the product is sent, these changes will have an additional cost.

- Once the product is sent there is no refund.

- After the product is sent, you have the right to 1 change of information
