How to use Harmony Probiotic Sourdough?

As a starter for the preparation of a functional fermented milk product at home.
In pure form, add to warm liquid (water, juice). Take 1 sachet 1 - 2 times a day, 30-40 minutes before meals. You can take the product "Harmony" every day, in the form of a thick fermented milk product, or shake or add water to get a liquid drink.
The product "Harmony" does not cause addiction and allergic reactions (if there is no intolerance to the individual components of the starter).

The effectiveness of the drug is observed only with prolonged, systematic use. It is important to adhere to the principles of a healthy diet.

Cooking instruction:

Pour into a container 1 liter of boiled or pasteurized milk, temperature 37 - 45oC.
While stirring, add the starter until completely dissolved.
Leave the milk mixture in a yogurt maker or multicooker at a temperature of 37-45oC degrees Celsius for 6-8 hours.
After ripening, cool the product in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
The product is ready to use.
Store the finished product in a refrigerator at a temperature of +2...+8 for no more than three days.
