Tire Doc™ is the latest development for preventive puncture protection of tubed and tubeless tires and for emergency repair of flat tires.

As the wheel rotates, the centrifugal force evenly distributes the compound inside the tire. When punctured, the composition is squeezed out by air pressure into the hole and, thanks to the fibrous structure, begins to instantly form a strong, elastic cork. Due to carbon fiber, the cork takes the form of a mushroom with a cap inside the tire. The pressure inside the wheel presses and "glues" the cork to the inside of the tire, sealing the puncture.

Wheel not punctured:

Shake it up. Cut off the bottle spout (6 mm). Turn the wheel so that the nipple is at the bottom and slightly to the side. Unscrew the spool. Release the air. Insert the spout of the bottle into the nipple and squeeze the required amount of compound into the wheel (according to the table). Screw in the spool and inflate the wheel to operating pressure. After that, you need to drive 2 - 3 km.

At first, an imbalance of the wheels may be felt, which will disappear after an even distribution of the compound inside the wheel.

2. Puncture repair: Try to find and remove the object that pierced the wheel. Follow step 1. Check the tire pressure and correct it.

NOTE: Even if you cannot find the punctured object, the compound will repair the puncture, but there may be a slight air leak. Punctures in the side of the wheel, outside the tread area, cannot be reliably repaired with this tool. When balancing a wheel with a composition inside on a dynamic balancing machine, it is necessary to spin the wheel for 3-4 minutes (for even distribution of the composition), then take the imbalance readings.
