The amplifier consists of two boards, input and output with LDMOS MRFX1K80
transistor included and soldered to copper plate for best thermal perfomance .
The board is double sided FR4 with 50 um (1.5 oz) copper thickness.
The amplifier is mounted on pure copper heat spreader plate 150x100x10 mm.
A temperature regulated bias circuit and a high power low loss wide band transmission
line type transformers are used in this device.
