Prana fills the human body with every breath and flows through the nadi system, the smallest fibers that run "inside" the nerves. The nadis intertwine to form energy centers known as chakras.

The air we breathe, however, is not prana itself, it is its carrier. Prana exists everywhere - in water, in sunlight, and in food.

 

 

All our senses absorb prana, and the mind controls it. In order to properly receive and distribute vital energy, all processes of energy absorption must occur consciously. That is why it is important to live in the moment, to notice tastes and smells, to feel with every cell of the body the warmth of the sun and the coolness of the water, to hear the rustle of leaves, to feel the breeze, to see the beauty of the whole world.

 

Mandala "Prana" is able to increase the awareness of its owner. It can be an image for meditation, which will help you relax, immerse yourself in your inner world and know yourself.
