Very good condition. Box have signs of age. There is a crack at the bottom (see picture #4, does not effect anything).

Box can contain lens "MC Volna-9" with M42 mount or any lens with similar size. Inside the cap there is compartment for the filter (see the last picture), also cap has M42 carving that fixex the lens.
At the top there is inscription "LZOS logo / MC Volna-9 / Price".
