The pdf download is not the complete book. The last part of the book with eight patterns and Abbreviations and Resources is missing. Please provide the final pdf so the book is complete as paid for. I have received pdf 1,2,3 and 5 but five is a mistaken number as that is section 4 and it is the last section (which should be five) that is missing. I am being tricked.
