A hand forged Damascus steel blade composed of roughly 400-520 layers of 1095 high carbon steel and 15N20 has a beautiful appearance and is unique to each sword as no pattern can be perfectly replicated in the forging process. The guard is brightly glinting golden brass as is the pommel which pose a gorgeous juxtaposition to the grays of the blade. Black genuine leather is wrapped around the handle for firm and comfortable grip. Included with the Pursuit of Honor Medieval Damascus Sword is a black genuine leather sheath so you can pursue honor wherever it takes you.
