1. Download file with template 

2. Printe out template on thick paper (I recommend watercolor paper).

3. Make quilled outlines on printable template.

ABOUT PAPER: I cut paper by myself and I highly recommend you to cut paper too. You can use ready-made sets of cut paper strips but I can’t guarantee that you will receive a good results.
