Red brush (Rodiola guadrefida L.)

Method of preparation and use:
Pour 2 filter bags (3 g) with 1 glass (200 ml) of boiling water, leave for 15 minutes, periodically pressing on the filter bag with a spoon, squeeze, bring the volume of the infusion to 200 ml.
