VK-6721 Returns are only accepted within 14 calendar days from the date package is delivered.

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If the product do not fit you, you can return it. In this case, several conditions are met:
- The product retains its original appearance, quality, integrity, completeness. The item must be clean and odorless. The item must be in the same condition in which you received it.
- Only after the Seller gets the parcel back the Buyer can get the refund. The refund amount will be reduced by all the transport service commissions.
Please ensure that the address is correct prior to placing an order. If any package is refused upon delivery, is never picked up from the postal office, or requires re-shipment due to an incorrect address (or any reason), the buyer is responsible for paying the subsequent reshipment fees.
- While placing the order, please be considerate of choosing the correct size, color, and other details. Please check the details twice before confirming the order to avoid any return or exchange claims afterward.
- Packages that are rejected or refused to receive upon delivery, abandoned, or packages returned outside the designated return process are not accepted as a return.
- All custom duties are the responsibility of the recipient. The custom and duties are charged by the Border Agencies in your country, not by us. They are collected and held by them and are non-refundable. We do not wish any inconvenience for our customers.
- If you did not receive your package and it is marked by the courier as delivered, it will not be considered lost. Please file a claim with the courier.
In order to avoid delivery issues, please ensure that you mention your proper, complete address on the checkout. The items that are returned because of incomplete addresses are not eligible for refund or store credit.
- The shipment of goods is carried out from 2 to 4 working days. Delivery times may be different. If you need accurate data, write me a message. They depend on which country the delivery will be to.
- If you have any questions, you can write me a message. I will reply as soon as I see the message. But we may be in different time zones.

Digital goods are not subject to return and exchange.
