TC552 3TON Foam decarbonizing engine 400ml
Foam decarbonization of the 3ton engine is designed for in-place professional decarbonization of the combustion chamber and removal of varnish deposits. Foam "3ton" dissolves carbon deposits on the valves, in the intake manifold, the top of the piston, in the area of compression piston rings. Can be used to clean the EGR valve, turbocharger and other parts made of aluminium, steel, cast iron.
- Does not contain acids, caustic alkalis, ammonia and ammonia.
- Does not cause corrosion of steel, aluminum, cast iron and their alloys.
- Subject to the instructions, it does not affect the rubber and plastic elements of the internal combustion engine.
Application:
CLEANING THE COMBUSTION CHAMBER
1. Optimum engine temperature for application of the product is +50-60°C. At higher temperatures, the stability of the foam decreases, and an odor may appear.
2. Remove coils and spark plugs. Set the pistons to the middle position.
3. Spray the compound into the spark plug well. Let the composition react with soot for 5-7 minutes, then repeat step 3. 5 repetitions are recommended.
4. Pump out contamination with a tube and syringe, blow with compressed air.
5. Close all spark plug holes with a rag and turn the engine over with the starter for 10 seconds.
6. Install all spark plugs and ignition coils.
7. Start the engine and let it run for 5 minutes. Raise the engine speed several times to 3000-4000 rpm until the smoke becomes less saturated.
RECOMMENDED: Change engine oil and filter. Repeat the decarbonization procedure at the next oil change.
CLEANING THE INTAKE MANIFOLD AND VALVES:
1. Disconnect the plastic part of the intake manifold.
2. It is recommended to set the treated valves to the closed position.
3. Spray the composition into the intake manifold of the cylinder head until it is completely filled with foam.
4. After the foam settles, let the composition react with soot for 5-7 minutes, then repeat steps 3 and 4. 5 repetitions are recommended.
5. Remove the remains of the composition with impurities with a rag, blow the collector with compressed air, covering the wells with rags. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, mucous membranes.
6. Assemble the intake manifold, after which it is recommended to clean the combustion chamber.
