Many people like to collect herbariums. It's always so sweet and cozy. And it's so nice to leaf through them in the winter evenings and remember the summer. Especially if your herbarium keeps a small plush baby elephant.

I love herbarium and I love making mini books, and this hobby inspired me to create a plush elephant-box to store a miniature herbarium book.

This is not just a designer toy, but a box. Untie the ribbons on his stomach and a small space will open with a miniature handmade book. The book is filled with watercolors and miniature plants. This is a mini herbarium.

I created this book and made drawings for it.

I am very proud that I hand-woven the fabric for the elephant in my workshop on my loom and made plant prints real plants. It was amazing experience!

The Elephant is made of vintage plush and fabrics woven by hand on my loom.
