"I first gave this site a bad recommendation because it was hard to find the downloads. After trying to reach out to the 24/7 line and no answer, I tried again on my own and was successful. I am happy with my purchase and made another purchase. What I love about the ebooks is that I can take it everywhere with me and can even read it on my iphone. So I hope that you will support this site. I just hope that they would provide you with the instructions on how to retrieve your books because to me it was a bit complicated. I had to copy a link that came in a word document and then paste it in the web browser and that's how I was able to retrieve the books so I apologize for the bad review but please send people instructions on how to retrieve the book. I needed it today and luckily I was able to open it because the 24/7 line was not working for me. But yes I am a happy buyer and will definitely buy again. Their books are very affordable and right there when you really need it. BUY HERE!"
