THREAD FIXER PURPLE REMOVABLE ABRO MASTERS 10 ML tl010pu

Description:
anaerobic adhesive of easy fixing.

Scope of application:
used for fixing metal threaded connections.

Properties:
• loosening torque: 6 Nm;
• fixes and seals the connection, gives it vibration resistance;
• disassembled with a hand tool;
• can be used on slightly oily parts;
• suitable for low-strength metals such as aluminium, copper, and passive metals: stainless steel, galvanized surfaces;
• protects connection from corrosion;
• particularly suitable for threaded parts with small diameters;
• maximum diameter of fixed parts: 36 mm;
• operating temperature range: -60°C…+150°C.

1. Clean and degrease the threads of the parts.
2. Shake contents thoroughly.
3. Remove the cap and cut off the tip.
4. Apply a few drops to the mounting surface.
5. Assemble the connection.
6. Allow 20-30 minutes for initial setting before use.
Carry out work at a temperature not lower than +5°C.
During operation, do not allow the spout to touch metal surfaces.

Setting time: 20 min.
Full polymerization time: 24 hours.
