Viktor Korchnoi "Chess without Mercy" - The book of one of the strongest chess players in the world, grandmaster Viktor Korchnoi. In it, the author talks about his sports career and about the tough rivalry in the struggle for world championship with the 12th champion of the planet Anatoly Karpov in Baguio (1978) and Merano (1981). The uncompromising and frank nature of the story will remind the reader of the drama of those days. The book includes a number of documents and memoirs illustrating the events described. The foreword to the book was written by Vladimir Voinovich.
