This is  vintage   ceramic porcelain door knobs

Made in USSR in 1970s.
On   the door handle shows a hedgehog at a pedestrian crossing-on . 
Such door handles are usually installed on the doors of children's rooms.
 Such images taught children the rules of the road - that the road should be crossed only by a pedestrian crossing.
