Operating instructions (as written in the Passport (PS-01):

Correction of the calendar readings, moon phase indicator, moving the hands, starting and stopping the watch is done by the head, which can occupy three fixed positions: 1) position - the head is pressed to the case, 2) position - the head is extended to correct the indications of the dates of the month and phases moon, the watch does not stop, 3) position - the head is extended to the position farthest from the body to move the hands, the watch stops.
