This unique sconce is crafted from antique pieces. In the center, a wooden part from an old loom was installed, with which the threads were laid into the finished fabric. Outside, a shuttle is suspended on a copper chain. This shuttle was designed to pass the thread across to make fabric. I also used a hanger and screws from an old piano. The basis of the sconce is a wooden fragment of the house decoration, aged and sun-bleached for more than 70 years. The light of a small light bulb bounces gently off the wood and creates a cozy golden glow. This work attracts the eye, makes you want to consider it for a long time.
