Tumi Ishi literally means "piled stones" in Japanese and these wooden stacking rocks have become all the rage for people of all ages. They are a popular sensory toy and learning tool for those working on fine motor skills but no age group is immune to their addictively soothing and calming nature. Often times I find that the adults spend more time using these as a form of stress relief and meditation that they end up buying themselves a set for themselves! No two towers are the same and the rocks get more challenging as they age!
