A strong woman looks a challenge right in the eye and gives it a wink.  My signs are sketched (thought up) and hand painted by me.  This is primarily acrylic but I work with lots of mixed media materials in my art.

The craft wood is thin enough to frame but is designed to display as is.  The edges are smooth and a plastic hanger is attached to the back.  I use UV resistant acrylic sealant so that it is durable for indoor use.
