Anahata chakra is the fourth energy center located in the middle of the chest. It connects the 3 upper and 3 lower chakras.

Its color is considered green. Visually, Anahata chakra is depicted as a lotus with twelve petals, in the center of which there are two united triangles.
One is directed downward and symbolizes base human desires, the second is directed upward and means the highest essence of human nature.
 
The seed mantra of air, “Yam”, is depicted in the center of the mandala.
 
Anahata helps maintain harmony between the flows of positive and negative energy. But the main task and purpose of Anahata chakra is that it opens a person's heart, gives the ability to sincerely love and receive love.
