Method of administration and dosage
A Tibetan applicator on a soft 41 x 60 cm substrate is placed on a horizontal surface (for example, on a bed or on the floor), then they lie down on it (sit down, stand up with their feet), providing a piercing effect with the help of body weight. The force of the indentation should provide a stabbing effect within the limits of pain tolerance, which is usually accompanied by a feeling of warmth. The feeling of warmth indicates a high efficiency of exposure. The time and force of the impact are individual for each person and are determined empirically. The period of exposure can vary from one minute to several hours, but in most cases the procedure lasts 5-15 minutes. It is recommended to carry out 1-2 procedures per day. Contraindications
The presence of convex moles (nevi), papillomas, warts and other formations in the area of exposure; dermatitis; in oncological diseases of any localization, use is possible only by consulting an oncologist.
