Cute hat. It took over two months to get the item and when I tried to inquire from the company where my item was there was no response. I thought I had been scammed! Finally the hat arrived. I thought I would have it for Christmas. No such luck!

Shipping took at least six weeks which they dont warn you about so I sent many emails with some late replies. Even the freight shipping tracker said it went to the wrong country and was collected. Stressful process just to get a beanie.

I ordered these adorable hats for Christmas, for the girls with long hair. They are soft and cute as can be. I ordered then December 8th. They arrived January 20th. Christmas was out. Nonetheless, they are cute.

The product is fine but dealing with the customer service department was totally unsatisfactory. I ordered 2 hats on Dec 5 as Christmas gifts thinking that was plenty of time to receive them for Christmas. When I hadn’t received them after 2 weeks I emailed customer service to inquire. I never received a response so I sent a second email a couple days later and never received a response to that email either. The hats finally arrived on Jan 6th. I do not ever plan to order from this company in the future. BV

This adorable hat gets five stars because it is adorably soft and comfy even though it took a month for it to arrive. I almost gave up on it but it finally got here. Gave it to my seven year old granddaughter and she wore it in the house all day. It has a good stretch and would also fit an adult. I'd have to think about ordering again though because of how long it took to arrive. Based on price and quality it still gets a high 5.

Nice hat but customer service was poor. No mention of the fact that it would take weeks to arrive when I placed my order. Arrived several weeks after Xmas.....very disappointing!

The two hats I ordered are great. Very good quality. The problem was that I ordered them two weeks before Christmas but didn't receive them until mid January. Despite several attempts to contact customer service, I never even received an acknowledgement that my order was received. When the package finally arrived, it was postmarked from China. In my opinion, it was a very slow boat from China. I doubt I'll do business with this company again.

They took quite a while to be delivered, but they're really cute. The only problems I have are that The hat is a little too long for my head, so when I wear it, it has to be slouched instead of fitted to my head, and I think that looks bad. Also, the bottom that fits around forehead and around is a little loose so the hat tends to ride up and feels like it's slipping off my head. Needless to say, because of the overall fit, I don't wear it much. :( Otherwise, the quality is good.
