Great product, however the delivery took way too long. I purchased the hats as a Christmas present in the middle of November and I didn’t receive them on time for Christmas. Very disappointed in that.

The hat is just what I wanted. The ONLY problem I had in ordering from you is that when I had a question about delivery time I NEVER received a response. It took about eight weeks to receive my hat once it was ordered, but I did not expect for it to take that long. Your customer service department is lacking
