Gave the white knitted beanie to my granddaughter for Christmas. She loved it. Great present.

I bought this for my daughter-in-law in Michigan. I live in New Mexico. I don't know if she likes it.

Love the hat, great design, fair price. Took way too long to receive it.

It took a long time to receive them. Wanted for Christmas received in February.

Would not purchase from this company again. Took forever to received the beanie. Had asked that money be refunded. Not pleased with service at all. Plus, this print is terrible.

Gift for my daughters but I found myself borrowing too! Such awesome quality. Got for our annual ski trip. Rode up on the ski lift with another skier who had the same hat on but in gold. Highly recommend!!

This hat is well made. Getting many compliments! Love having my ponytail hanging out the hole. Many hats don't fit me because of my thick ponytail takes up so much room in the hat. Not this one........LOVE it !

I absolutely love my "pony tail" hat! The fit is perfect (covers head and ears as if it were made just for me) and I have gotten so many compliments on how cute it is. Wonderful product ! Wonderful price! Shipping was a little slow, but worth the wait.

The product is wonderful. However, the purchase and the experience with customer service has been Horrendous! E-mails have been sent and responses to my issues have not been addressed.

These are good quality hats. I like them a lot. I will say that it is a very clever idea in theory, but the reality is that it is difficult to get the hair pulled through the hat without really making one's hairstyle look messy. I haven't found a solution yet, though I suspect using an elastic ponytail holder first might help. The pics of the lady with her hair in a bun, or nicely coiled around and smooth-looking really aren't possible unless one does their hair after the cap is pulled on.

It took longer than I liked to get these at Christmas but they where both loved by the recipient!

The toque fits nicely and you can pull a high ponytail through it instead of mashing up your hair. I wore it for the first time today and I really liked it, nice and cozy.

Is cute and all but order ahead if you need for vacation. Must come from China. Didn't receive till after my skiing vacation and living in Florida I hope i remember that I have it next time I'm in cold weather

I like the product but it took 6 weeks to get it.

Just took too long to arrive~

Love the hat but it took so long to get it and now the temperature is 70 degrees. So disappointed with the length of the arrival. Will have to wait until it’s cold again to even wear it. Won’t order from this company again. They sure were fast to process the order and take my money. Too bad they don’t ship that fast.

I love the hat! It's soft and very well made! That being said, it took weeks for me to get it in the mail. Very disappointed that I didn't get to wear it during the coldest days of the winter.

I ordered the hat a few weeks before Christmas. The order was charged to my credit card, and after about three weeks I emailed the address on your website to see when it would be shipping. You never responded! I emailed you again and then again three more times, and never heard form you. I then received a message stating it was shipped. Two weeks later I emailed you again, and still no response form you. I called my Credit Union to put a stop on the payment and filled out the forms for a fraudulent sales company. Two weeks later I received the package in the mail. The product is great, but your service sucks!

Love the product but took >30 days for delivery

Bars were terrific. Shipping schedule was terrible. It took three weeks to arrive, missing Christmas and New Years. Better up your game in this age of 2day shipping. I would have been content with even two weeks, but when one orders something for a Christmas present on approx. December 12, it should arrive at least by Christmas.
