VERY frustrated with this company!!!!!!! My order arrived over a month after I ordered and I sent 2 e-mails to see what the problem was. No response. I thought I had been scammed and then they suddenly arrived. Will not order from them again nor will I recommend to anyone!!! BTW, these were Christmas gifts and it would have been nice to know they weren't going to arrive in time! After all, I ordered on 12-5-17!!!

It is a very cute item for someone with a pony tail. You could also wear it without pulling your hair through. Only complaint is that it is direct from China and takes at least four weeks to get it. I found similar items made in the USA!

I ordered 2 of this item...1 in pink, the other in black on Dec. 7, 2017 to give as Christmas gifts. Neither arrived until weeks past Christmas. There was a contact I could e-mail or facebook (I can't remember now. I tried 2 different days to find out if my order would be delivered before Christmas. Never got a reply. Order arrived sometimes in January. The caps were very cute, but I will never place an order with this company again.
