This is a DIGITAL PRODUCT! Upon completion of your order, you will automatically be emailed a file to download! This is a .PES FILE! Please make sure your embroidery machines takes .PES files. The two most common machines that take these files are Babylock and Brother Embroidery machines. Due to the nature of the product, there are no refunds, so please make sure you check you have inputted the correct email, along with checking this file fits your embroidery hoop/machine! I also do not offer any alterations to the file type, such as file type changes or size changes. Additionally, these are professionally made files. If you see any issues with the stitching, most likely it is a user error, such as having the wrong machine/bobbin tensions, incorrect hooping, or incorrect fabric/stabilizer usage. All files have been stitched out on my end to test it's functionality.
