Just made my first zucchini lasagna, using the blue slicer. It made thin zucchini ribbons. It was perfect. I can't wait to make my next dish Zucchini noodles with pesto and sauteed shrimp.

I watched the video ad describing the slicers and I decided if it worked even a little as it was meant to, I’d be happy. I changed menus when they arrived to give them a chance, so pasta, homemade veggie soup, Greek village salads, and fajitas later I can say that they do everything promised, the blades are very sharp, it’s fast, easy to hold, and you get the hang of them right away. Great value, and I cannot recommend them enough, especially if you have arthritis, as I do, it made it possible to cook without pain. I will absolutely shop here again.
