The belt is well made & really has a good support , however if you a bottom stomach it doesn’t cover that !! ! Otherwise a great buy !

This is great for a back brace or back support. I wouldn't use it for any slimming undergarment as it is too bulky. The velcro straps that cross in the front are thick. It does pull everything in tight, but if you're looking to wear it under anything form-fitting, you will no doubt see the straps of the brace as well. It is an excellent support for anyone who needs to protect their low back!
