We bought this as a gift for our 7 year old grandson who loves art. He enjoys tracing and then coloring pictures. It works well when the picture he is tracing can be seen with the light got behind it. (Some papers are too thick,). He really likes it.

I've not used it yet. It saves me from having to set up a light table and I'm very happy about that. I think it should handle most of my needs nicely. Oh yes, and I'm thrilled about the three light levels. That's really a big bonus. The description of the tablet said nothing about the light levels . . .

the board is great, you need the right tool to do a any job the updates, the three way light is the thing that she thought was needed on the other board she had, my wife caroline is the painter, and the numerical scales on top and side, ,top off by the light toaide plug in , what next, to sketch without this item would be like toting a sheet of plywood in a wind storm, good job to all involved in this bob
