The cap is wonderful and fits my granddaughter great. I get lots of compliments on it. I had a problem with the length of time it took me to get the cap. I ordered and money was sent on 12-8-17. After numerous emails, I finally get the cap at the end of January--more than 6 weeks later. This is very bad customer service and as a result I will not recommend your company.

Took longer to be delivered than expected, but quality is good.

Although the hats were very nice and good quality you must allow about 6 weeks to get them even if the site says they are in stock. Also three attempts to contact company by email got no response. I will not do business with them again.

Hat is fine. But your shipment of receiving product took for ever.

This was a gift for my daughter. I must say that I doubted she would receive it as it took a very long time to arrive. I emailed the company twice but never got any response. All that to say, don't panic, the hat will arrive and it's worth the wait.

Gave these as gifts to my nieces and they loved them. They all have long hair and loved that they could pull their ponytail through it. They look great on and are very cuddley soft.

It could be a little bit bigger. It doesn't keep my ears covered. It keeps sliding off my ears. If that could be fixed I'd LOVE IT! Everything else is very cute. The picture of the model wearing it, it looks much bigger than it actually is.

Service was awful !! Took over a month to get the beanie. Tried contacting Inspire Uplift several times with no response what so ever.

Bought this in cream/beige and another one in the teal blue as birthday gifts for two of my nieces. They love them! They loved that it had a ponytail hole cause they both love to wear their hair up year round. Said I couldn’t have given them a more thoughtful gift! Winning

this hat looks OK, but don't think I would have ordered it if I had known it was not only made in China, but was being shipped from there. Ordered on 12/6/17 and received in January 2018! Little too late for Christmas! I doubt if I use this site again.
