I was very disappointed with the delivery if this item. I ordered it on December 7th for a Christmas present and it did not arrive until January 22nd!! I repeatedly tried to contact Inspire/Uplift to no avail!

It’s a knit cap with a hole for a ponytail. It’s well made and I like the color. I just wish I had known when I placed the order that it was going to be shipped from China! Sometimes the delivery of those orders can be spotty and I tend to shy from them. My credit card was charged right away and I got basically no answer when I tried to track my purchase. It finally arrived about 8 weeks after it was ordered so what was supposed to be a Christmas gift stayed here with me.

This was a Christmas gift for my granddaughter in another state. I ordered in plenty of time to receive and send to her. However, it didn't arrive until at least two to three weeks after Christmas. I emailed several times and never got a response. She loved the hat but I hated the service. I will not use your services again.

The hats are so very nice- made well - soft material. However, my girls didn't like th eponytail hole! Go figure. So I sewed it shut and they LOVE the hats. Probably not what you want for a review. But, I would certainly recommend the hats.

Ordered 2 hats at $19.99 each for my daughters for Christmas (order placed Dec. 2) The next morning, I saw an ad by Ineat for buy 2 get 1 free. I immediately emailed asking if I could cancel my order or if they would honor the same offer. No response to that email nor the FOUR that I sent after that asking the same question. The hats finally did arrive....the week after Christmas. My girls were happy with the hats. I was not happy because (a) I could have gotten a free hat for me' (b) the hats didn't arrive until after Christmas, and (c) I had to spend more money to ship the hat to my one daughter that had gone home on the 27th!

The beanie was wonderful...when it finally came. I ordered it December 4th and it was not here in time for Christmas (it was a gift). Not only that...I was unable to track it once it got to the United States. I had no idea when it was coming or IF it was coming. That was so frustrating that I would hesitate ordering from you again.

The product went to my daughter. I think she likes it. The thing I didn't like is that I had no idea when I ordered it that it was coming from China! That information should be very evident BEFORE the order was placed. I tried to order it for Christmas, 2017. It took a month for us to receive the item....got it around January 17, 2018. That information should also have been evident BEFORE the order was placed.
