Nice fit, I chose the plain black so it is just that.. I got other colors as well, they are prettier but they don't have the hole in the top for a ponytail

Terrible customer service.. there was none! No way either text or phone to ask where my order was since it was a month and a half waiting. Contacted bank to report possible frAud. Tried several times to get through to ask. Came 7 weeks after ordering... from china!!! Never again with this company

Nice hat. Ordered for a gift for Christmas on 12/2/17 finally arrived 1/4/18. Didn't say anything on site that it was being shipped from China. Wouldn't order from any web site that isn't in the USA.

I bought this to use when I am on my motorcycle, and it is a chilly day. I have long hair and I can pull my piny tail up and out of the hole on top, just what I have been looking for. The fit is great, I was hoping it would fit tight so not to blow off my head!! Thanks

I ordered 2 of these hats weeks before Christmas and I sent numerous emails asking when I would receive them and I never got a response. They were Christmas gifts. I received them in the middle of January, and I was not happy that I did not have 2 Christmas gifts for my house guests because I never got a response from your company. I will not order from you again.

While I love the three pony tail beanies that I ordered, I was somewhat shocked at the processing and shipping time. I ordered these a couple of weeks before Christmas, intending them to be stocking stuffers for my daughters and daughter-in-law. It was mid-January before they arrived and I ended up sending them as Valentine's gifts (ggod thing I ordered red and white!) After I placed the order, I happened to notice they were also available on Amazon with Prime free two day shipping. I like to give other businesses the order when possible, but particularly at the holdidays, we, as consumers, like to notified in advance if there is going to be long processing delivery times. That said, the beanies a re beautiful, and I might even order the matching texting gloves, but I might see if they were available elsewhere with better delivery and notification services.

The product is wonderful. However, i ordered it on 12/9, because I wanted it by Christmas. I sent an email mail sometime a couple weeks before Christmas asking for delivery date. It finally came in time for my granddaughters’ birthday on January 20. I think better communication would be helpful for customer satisfaction. The hat is adorable and worth the wait, had I known of it.

I bought these beanies for my daughter who is in Colorado. She loves them. I have only good things to say about the product....... the company not so much. I purchased these and within an hour found them at a lower price. I emailed the company twice trying to cancel the order and they refused to email me back. They would not even acknowledge I was trying to get in touch with them. They just wanted my money. So, advice to all...... order off Amazon!

Our experience was HORRIBLE!!!’ Ordered December 5th, 4 beanies for Christmas present for granddaughters. Did not arrive until mid-January! Tried to contact people many many times. NO RESPONSE!!! Told to cancel order. NO RESPONSE!!! Cancelled via credit card company. Then, your company paid attention and wanted retribution!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Will totally spread my experience!!!!

We love the hat. It fits nicely and it’s cute. We do not love the way you did not communicate when it would get here - and it took WEEKS. You didn’t respond to the three emails I sent you and that was disappointing. I was unimpressed by your lack of service.
