I purchased this item for my three granddaughters to share wearing and they love it. However, I ordered it the weekend after Thanksgiving for a Christmas gift. I did not receive it until late January. Needless to say, if you need it right away, don’t order it.

I bought this for my daughter. She loves it! Product is exactly as advertised.

Love the hat! Looks so cute on and people are always compliment me on it. Very nicely made.

The product is. Ice but the time to get them was rediculois! I made several attempts to contact the company and had no response I will not be ordering from here again and have also told many people about the poor customer service

This company is TERRIBLE to do business with! They do not respond to emails. It took over 7 weeks to receive the product. I *do not* recommend buying anything from them.

This hat is adorable and is very good quality, I would highly recommend it if you like to wear a ponytail and need a hat to keep your head warm this is perfect!!!!!

Love the cap took way to long to receive. Hard to track where order was. I had given up on receding it when it came in over 2 months from the time it was ordered

I have long hair. It has always been a problem if I had a bun or a ponytail to wear a knitted hat. With the way these hats are made, my ponytail comes through the hole and the hat covers my ears instead of alway feeling as if it was going to pull up and off my ears. I am warm in cold weather and am grateful for such a hat.

I bought for my grand daughter,she has long hair, and she is just crazy over it. she told me to get another one next year in another color, and I will. She loved the white one, but she fell in love with some other colors also. So I will be looking out for them next winter. Great idea. Love them.

Sent this hat to my Granddaughter who is going to college Upstate New York where the weather is very cold. She loved the hat when it finally arrived. Shipping took very long and was thinking about cancelling order.

I purchased for 13 year old granddaughter for Christmas. She wears it almost daily so she must like it and looks cute while keeping head warm. They rarely are dressed for the weather so anything different works sometimes.

I got this crocheted 'ponytail' cap for my teenaged great granddaughter & she loves it. It was perfect & she pulled her long hair right through the back opening!

I love my beanies. I was very disappointed I ordered them 3 1/2 weeks before Christmas, this should have been plenty of time for them to be delivered by Christmas, and did not receive them till the end of December. I emailed several times and never got a response. Very poor customer service.
