I didn't received what I purchased. I have tried to contacted the seller and is not responding. I am attaching an image of what I received instead of the Hello Kitty.

Fake download. no response to chat. your instant download is an apology for broken website, completely misleading. still have not received this file. I would avoid. and No, its not in my spam folder.

Incorrect file was sent, has a bear instead of AU. Contacted two days ago and have yet to get a response. Attachment 1 is what I was sent. Attachment 2 is what I ordered.

If I can give it 0 it deserves zero! There were no files to download. It leads to another site to download and it says that the web address is non existant.
