Thought I was ordering a Paw Patrol Stained glass tumbler wrap png. Instead I was sent a mock up of a 20oz Paw Patrol cup. Like why would anyone purchase a paw patrol tumbler mock up when I can create my own?

When I downloaded the file it wasn't working with a message saying "wait" Had bought this design for an order I had for a customer which needed the design made Asap. Messaged shop only to get a response 4-5 days later. By then I had bought the same design from a different seller, and when asked for a refund for the faulty file they refused.
