they never shipped the sweater and then it took 3 months to get a refund. Do NOT order from this site or this company!!!!!!!

Thought I was ordering a Paw Patrol Stained glass tumbler wrap png. Instead I was sent a mock up of a 20oz Paw Patrol cup. Like why would anyone purchase a paw patrol tumbler mock up when I can create my own?

When I downloaded the file it wasn't working with a message saying "wait" Had bought this design for an order I had for a customer which needed the design made Asap. Messaged shop only to get a response 4-5 days later. By then I had bought the same design from a different seller, and when asked for a refund for the faulty file they refused.

this is a scam. there is no book on here just a bunch of windows to jump through to be told that the page doesnt exist.

I bought this for my daughters birthday. I purchased it 3/20 and the post said 12-15 hrs. I waited 7 days to get my files! I had to email customer service and the seller multiple times. I ended up buying it on etsy. They have the same one and got it to me within 2 hrs. I requested a refund and their reply was " its clearly states nonrefundable", but it also states 12-15 hrs. I mean it's $2.50 no big deal but $2.50 to refund compare to what I would have spend on this site since I'm always crafting. Until this day no reply form the actual seller. They lost a customer

I contacted customer service and the seller about not receiving this file and nothing has been done about.

No files was sent just the jpeg with the watermarks that shows as an example.

I did not get the files that I ordered. This is just a few of the files I got, none of which was what I ordered. The last image here is what I ordered.

Says that an EPS file, as well as 3 others, will come with purchase. I did not receive the EPS file so I immediately contacted the seller. It has been 5 days and no response! Waste of my money since that is the file I was looking for!

I paid and couldn't download it. They sent me a request for access. They never responded.

I would rate this no stars if I could. I did not receive the fule that I purchased and when I have reached out to the seller, I have had no response. Even after following up a second time, I have had no response. The initial download they provided was the wrong item. It's not about the money, it's about being ignored which makes me feel this is just a scam.

the digitizing is terrible on their files. I wouldn't waste my time and money on this.

design isn't digitized well. There's way too many jump stitches that cross each other and the way it goes from start to finish is from the outside in. Which causes the fabric to pinch and warp.
