Quality, speed of order

First I thought it would possibly arrive with some damages because of the delicate pieces, but the seller packed with so much protection that it arrived with 0 damage, I love the details and the lights. Would recommend.

The painting is absolutely beautiful and looks just like the reference picture (and my dog Ema). Communication was really great and I felt that they were always open for communication. It was also extra nice of them to add in a bookmark as well. I will be purchasing feom them again and encourage others to do so!

This kigu is super comfortable, the material is premium level, very soft and dense, but not too hot, so you won't be overheated. You definitely will feel super cute and cozy :) I was just so happy when I received it :3 Custom made was totally worth the waiting for this kigu. The seller is very responsive and my customer experience was excellent :). This was my second purchase from this kigurumi makers, and both times is was perfect. Think no twice when you decide to buy one (or maybe more ;) ) of their amazing kigurumis!

The PDF of the pattern was sent immediately. No instructions were included. I have cross stitched for years so I was able to figure out using combined threads for certain symbols and what type of stitches to use on the tree by comparing a picture of a completed project. I believe this would be difficult for a beginner.
