I was a little disappointed by the way the story jumped back and forth with certain events. I thought their should have been more first person interaction when the crises occurred. For me there were too many time gaps.

Purchased a file and the items did not work, at all. I've contacted customer service 6-8 times to no avail. No help. The seller took a MONTH to help. Ridiculous.

I can't open the download. In the past, I have received PDF copies of books and had no problem opening them. This one has the extension .epub and I can't seem to open it. I reached out to the seller on Thursday night (it's Sunday afternoon at the moment) and haven't heard back.

I bought this PDF ON 3/1/25 and he never sent me the link to the book. I have reached out several times but no response. this is not the test book, its a test bank. don't buy from this seller

Terrible customer service. I received the wrong file TWICE and the seller refused to respond to me for over a week. I had to purchase the file from another seller. This seller has refused to refund my order. Will never order again.
