Love the hats I ordered- They were for my daughters and niece for Christmas. Didn't arrive until late January! That wasn't good.

The hat is cute. But i was not impressed with how long it took me to get it!

I gave this as a Christmas gift. It is really cute, good quality, but it took s really long time to get here after ordering. I had no idea it was coming from China.

I really like it. I'm a golfer so it's perfect for ponytail and keeping my head warm. Just took alot longer to finally ship than I thought

Bought 4 of these cute pony tail beanies for me and friends and we all love them. Keeps our head and ears warm and allows our long hair to be pulled up in a cute pony tail.

This was a Christmas gift for my granddaughter in another state. I ordered in plenty of time to receive and send to her. However, it didn't arrive until at least two to three weeks after Christmas. I emailed several times and never got a response. She loved the hat but I hated the service. I will not use your services again.

The hats are so very nice- made well - soft material. However, my girls didn't like th eponytail hole! Go figure. So I sewed it shut and they LOVE the hats. Probably not what you want for a review. But, I would certainly recommend the hats.

Ordered 2 hats at $19.99 each for my daughters for Christmas (order placed Dec. 2) The next morning, I saw an ad by Ineat for buy 2 get 1 free. I immediately emailed asking if I could cancel my order or if they would honor the same offer. No response to that email nor the FOUR that I sent after that asking the same question. The hats finally did arrive....the week after Christmas. My girls were happy with the hats. I was not happy because (a) I could have gotten a free hat for me' (b) the hats didn't arrive until after Christmas, and (c) I had to spend more money to ship the hat to my one daughter that had gone home on the 27th!

This beanie was a gift for my daughter in law. She really liked it and it is true to the photo on the advertisement. I would purchase again. Thank you.

Took almost 2 months to get this delivered...was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Not fast at all.

The beanie was wonderful...when it finally came. I ordered it December 4th and it was not here in time for Christmas (it was a gift). Not only that...I was unable to track it once it got to the United States. I had no idea when it was coming or IF it was coming. That was so frustrating that I would hesitate ordering from you again.

The beanie arrived so late that the cold weather was over... As I live in Florida. in my opinion it took way too long to get this item. I don't believe I will be ordering from your company again.

The product went to my daughter. I think she likes it. The thing I didn't like is that I had no idea when I ordered it that it was coming from China! That information should be very evident BEFORE the order was placed. I tried to order it for Christmas, 2017. It took a month for us to receive the item....got it around January 17, 2018. That information should also have been evident BEFORE the order was placed.

We absolutely love the hat!! I bought it for my daughter the first week of December as Christmas gift. Unfortunately we didn't receive it until the end of January. We both wear it, Guess I should've bought 2.
