On December 4, I ordered two Soft Knit Beanies to give as Christmas presents. On January 2, I contacted the company to find out the status of the order. The tracking feature promoted by the company did not give any indication of WHEN the items would arrive. The caps finally arrived on January 3. The company never responded to my email inquiry. The quality of the caps was fine, but I had long since found other items to give as Christmas gifts to my friends. Because of the poor service experience, I am not likely to order from this company again.

The hat is lovely.

Get a lot of complements!!!! But the product arrived like 6 weeks after I ordered it. And you kept sending me emails that it has already arrived

I liked the quality of the hat but there is no way to communicate with you about shipping. These were Christmas presents and I didn't receive until the middle of January. Your phone number listed by the Better Business Bureau will not even let you leave a message and no one responded to any of my emails. Will not order from you again. Sorry

Love this hat! I'm going to grow my hair long again, so I can wear it in a ponytail. This will keep my head & ears warm next winter, too. But I'm wearing it now, with shoulder length hair. Going to buy one for my 16-year old granddaughter as soon as she decides on a colour. BevK Canada

I bought this hat for my daughter who has very long hair. It worked perfect for her pulling her hair through the hole & she loved it!

Very disappointed. I ordered this for a Christmas gift. Ad said that would ship in 5-7 days, so still plenty of time for Christmas. It arrived about 6 weeks after Christmas. I had to keep apologizing to my daughter in law, that it should be here any time now. When I went on your website, they tried to comfort me by telling me that item was hand made and that it would arrive in about 4-6 weeks. (coming from China). Not good communication in your ad about shipping in 5-7 days. If it had just been for me, I would have been annoyed, but since it was a gift, a big issue. Sorry!

product was well made , however the delivery time was ridiculously SLOW! I ordered this at the beginning of November via Amazon Prime... It was for a Christmas present. I did not receive my order until mid January obviously too late for gift giving. While waiting I reached out several times to check the status of my order and was told it was "on it's way" and another 30 days would go by. I will never order from this vendor again Terry Hibbert

Granddaughter loved it!

The beanie is nice but the delivery day was unacceptable. The beanie was ordered before Christmas and we just received the shipment last week. (Beginning of February)

The only thing I was not happy with was the amount of time that passed before I received my order. My account was charged right away. I expected to receive my order within a couple of weeks...instead it was a couple of months. I had concerns this was a fraudulent website and was ready to report this company.

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas 2017. I ordered it what I thought was in plenty of time for Christmas. I was not aware that it would take 6 to 8 weeks to get this item. She loves it but it took way too long for delivery I could have bought one in the meantime here in town.

The hat is great I bought it as a gift not realizing it was being shipped from China. It was not received until well after Christmas which was a disappointment. I can't complain about the hat itself just the delivery.

I purchased this hat for my daughter-in-law for Christmas. I ordered it on 12/18 and it wasn't delivered until February (return address was Bejing, China - so, it was on that slow boat)! It's darling and my daughter-in-law loves it, but don't depend on it getting to you for a looooog time!

Very good quality, fun style.

Gave it to my niece and she loved it and wears it often.

Only complaint was it took a long time to get here! But we love it!

My girls Christina and Lindsay age 29 and 28 love the cap.

Nice color and material. However it is too small for the family member it was intended for. She has thick long hair and it is too tight, I am keeping it because she is expecting a baby, hopeful it will be a girl and will be able to use it sometime as she grows up.

Gift for my daughterinlaw. She seemed to really like it

I bought this beanie for my daughter for Christmas and she loved it. The only draw back, it comes from China and it did not make it in time for Christmas. It was worth the wait, it would have been nice to know where it was shipping from at the time of purchase. Other than that, I was pleased with the beanie, the quality and the price.

The two hats were Christmas gifts and I am not pleased that they took a month to arrive. The girls loved them however. I prefer not to order items that come from China or Indonesia so will not order from you again. I was unaware that they would come from there and take so long since I had no way to know that until after the order had been confirmed.

All 3 were gifts to grandchildren, none of whom live close by, however, I have been assured by everyone that they are perfect. I do believe them as they are honest enough to tell me if they weren't.

I ordered it as a gift for my granddaughter. I didn't know it would take over a month to get here. Nothing was mentioned about that. I was disappointed, because I thought it might be a scam. It finally arrived and I gave it to her anyway. She loved it.

It was a birthday gift for my daughter. She loved it & so does anybody that sees her wearing it. Thank you
