where is my book?

The book is great. The download experience was hard to read on my phone and my first time I couldn't read the instructions so I repurchased the book not having a receipt to help me re-download my first purchase. Very confusing.

Files were definitely not stitched out before being sold. File is too dense and not trialed for errors.

Out of 4 designs I bought from Inspire Uplift, this is the only one that works well.

Great! Item arrived on time and the fit is perfect!

This design was stitched out on terry cloth towels - the overall design looks great - however - in digitizing this design there is a way to remove overlap stitches and thus wasn’t done - causing finished design to be really stiff ! Two needle breaks during stitching.

Used for my daughter tear in law a big Coco fan loved it switched well

The one in the picture has a handle and you rotate it to make the potato go through. The one I received does not look like that.

I paid for this digital download and was sent an empty ZIP file. Customer service was unable to help in retrieving the purchased file. I have now paid for a product and not received it which leads me to believe this is not a trustworthy site to be purchasing from. Be careful!

Zero stars! Order placed Jan 20th. A simple titanium band/ring. I have messaged the seller a couple times and have not received any response. It's March 3rd and I have no ring, no communication, no anything. I paid $39.90 and I don't have my ring or my 40 bucks.

It has almost been 2 months. Took a god while to reach out and tell me my color shirt was out of stock so I made another color choice another week or so goes by and same thing the new color choice is out of stock. I can understand and hate leaving bad reviews,but I feel like I got scammed. I will be filing with my card company to get a refund. This review is to save someone else from being scammed.
