Pattern was quickly delivered via email. Cross Stitching For Fun was quick to follow up to be sure I received the packet of instructions and that the down load was successful. Finished the pattern over a long weekend and it is off to the "finishers" to be turned into a pillow. Can't wait to see it.

Arrived in very good time, considering the circumstances. The hat is of excellent quality, exactly to the specifications that I asked for (no artificial wear, with lining, and a sweatband), and with great communication throughout the process! Don't know what else I could ask for, and I'll definitely be coming back for more commissions in the future!
