The book I bought was listed in PDF format, but the one I was sent was in rar and I have been unable to open it. No response from seller after contacting.

I bought it. I downloaded it, the file is not in stl format, I wrote to the seller, he doesn't answer me. I wrote to the administration, they didn't answer me! I don't understand what's going on!

I never received my download. I chatted with a rep online but said she needed someone else to help me because she didn't know why I was getting a 404 error. I still haven't heard from a 'senior' team member regarding my order. I need my money back.

They never answer messages. poor customer service, file has only a link that leads nowhere. waste of time and money. Do not purchase from them! also this pages 24/7 service is no good as they can't do anything anyways!
