It's perfect. My elderly cat has to climb a ramp to get to my bed. I just put this on the wall so she can have a little more light to be able to see better. It also helps me see which of my cats has entered the room.

This is such a cute little night lite. I put it in my room and when I get up in the middle of the night it has always come on when I walked in the room. It puts out a lot of light. The battery life is really good. Will be buying more.
