ordered the book- says instant download. Click the download link and it says you will receive a link in 1-12 hours. Never received it. Tried it several times- same message. Have not been able to get anyone to respond and help. this has been going on for over a week now

Not able to download files. FAULTY.

I am unable to download file

Delivery was promt however the pattern was crochet chart only which I don't read. I reached out twice to ask if there was a written pattern but they never responded. I won't shop there again & glad the pattern was on sale. If you read charts it's great.

paid for the entire test bank which was supposed to be 51 chapters and only received 9 chapters. Disappointed!!!

normally when you download a png its a file this was not waste of money this will not print right false advertising

Actually I wish to give a “negative” star. Seller is deceiver for not disclosing that the “green cover” book was an ebook. Total deception in description vs other ebooks

The feeder’s design is clever. Setup was quick, and the construction feels sturdy. I’ve noticed more birds visiting since switching to this model.

File opened as a .zip and as .txt and not the actual bundle of files. Seems like a fake listing. Frustrating. I've contacted customer service 6-8 times to no avail. No help. The seller took a MONTH to help. Ridiculous.
