first time buyer, last time I will buy from uplift, customer service is terrible, they never get back to the customer, I had to cancel from PayPal, you can’t track the package! it’s just horrible, Buyer Beware, can’t add images of what I never received. 😡

even i have used Look likes. Even though I haven't stitch it out yet, hope not to have any problems with. it download just fine. have gotten that far in project yet

ZERO STARS!! I yet have not received my package! When contacting customer service all I get is a fun around and lied to, with no solution in resolving issue. I'm told said seller no longer is seller? Ok, so where's my refund!? Then I'm told they're having another seller to get from there.. Still no package. Not even tracking number.. Email this morning said they're working on getting a tracking number?!? Smh I have also filed a claim with BBB -Better Business Bureau. These items were ordered on December 8th. I am not happy!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FRAUDULENT WEBSITE..

I ordered this two days ago, but the link they sent me didn't have any pattern files. I contacted them but they haven't replied. Very disappointing.

Wrong item has been sent, I've never been received the item that's been advertised. Seller is not responding to my messages. Not happy with my purchase.
